Step 1 and 2 must be completed for an application to be reviewed. You will receive confirmation of your application by email within 1 business day.

EVALUATION CRITERIA
The application should show:
Evidence of commitment to the business both from a resource and financial position;
Details to help us determine the business’ viability;
Collateral in support of your loan request;
Your ability to demonstrate to us that you possess the necessary skills and experience related to running your business successfully.

APPROVAL & APPLICATION FEES
Approval
Once your loan application is approved, you will receive a written Letter of Offer outlining the loan terms and conditions. Upon your acceptance we will proceed with making signing arrangements, registering the loan security and in some circumstances working with legal counsel to have the loan security registered.
Application Fee
If the application is approved and disbursed, there is an Application Fee of 0.5% of the approved loan amount.
